Stress Management

Stress is a normal and routine part of life, however, when faced with repeated or prolonged episodes of stress there can be a detrimental impact to our mental health, physical health and quality of life.

At Investing in Wellbeing, our Stress Management workshop is designed to help you learn the skills and strategies that can alleviate the impact of stress in your life. Stress manifests differently for different people and occurs in a wide range of contexts; our aim is to offer you a mixture of pragmatic, practical strategies as well as more soothing and nurturing approaches so you can find something that suits your needs and circumstances. This workshop uses a mixture of mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy approaches.
