Our nutrition, therefore, is one part of a holistic approach to good mental wellbeing. In this Food and Mood workshop, our usual facilitator Chloé is joined by a special guest. We explore the links between food and mental health and aim to provide you with all the knowledge you need to make helpful choices around your diet.
