Building Emotional Insight and Resilience
Our workshops make mental health easier to understand and talk about. You’ll learn helpful strategies, get practical tools and walk away with real support you can use every day.
Charitable Contribution
Investing in Wellbeing is passionate about making mental health and wellbeing support accessible to all. We recognise the contribution that the charitable sector plays to achieve this. Therefore, for every Workforce Wellbeing package purchased, Investing in Wellbeing will make an annual contribution to charitable causes to improve the mental health and wellbeing of some of the UK’s most vulnerable communities.
